Wade Azmy is the coaching practice head of ICG Leadership. He is a highly experienced business executive with global practice and exposure in General Management, Marketing, sales and business development with previous assignments involving businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, UK, USA and the Middle East for Hewlett Packard.

She has over 30 years of business experience in the financial services industry, including investment and private banking, family offices and impact investments in New York, Hong Kong and Singapore. David is a principal and senior executive coach with ICg Leadership. David’s business life has been focused on people. Starting in education, David moved into a long career in sports management nationally and internationally, before a later involvement in the Not for Profit sector.
He has a keen appreciation of the way that people from different cultures contribute to organisational progress, having travelled extensively and worked closely with senior businessmen and women in over 30 countries.
